A valentines day guide to winning your customers hearts

#1 You can only seduce someone who wants to be seduced. Work out whose heart you want to win & don’t try to win everyone.

#2 Spend some time in your customers’ shoes, so you really understand what keeps them awake at night and how you can solve it.

#3 Love yourself before someone else will. Be clear about what your business does best and really value it, before selling to others.

#4 Seduce - Think about making your product irresistible to them, so they choose you over someone else every time.

#5  Add to their lives. Ask yourself whether what you are doing is important and meaningful and if it isn’t - do nothing at all.

#6 Be passionate. We remember things that cause an emotional reaction so seek to provoke a response in your audience.

#7 Create desire. Focus on what your customer gets not what you do.

#8 Be real. Only promise what you can deliver and then deliver it. Empty promises will ruin your relationship.


#9 Demonstrate your message whenever possible. Show, don’t tell.

#10 Close the deal. Have a call to action. Think about what you want people to think, feel or do as a result of your communication.
